Here's How It Works
Each of your employees receives an annual performance appraisal.  As part of the appraisal process, the employee selects 15 or more people, in or out of your organization, to provide input regarding performance.  Those selected may be co-workers, supervisors, or even internal or external customers.  The selected raters use our automated survey software to provide anonymous ratings of the employee on as many questions as you wish, and they can enter written comments as well.  Once the ratings are completed, reports and analyses of the ratings are available to the employee as well as to management.

SURVEY ACCESS
Surveys are accessed through an internet browser or corporate network.

Behind the survey system is a database controlled by your system administrator, and secured from unauthorized access.

SURVEY DATA & FORMAT
The database contains as much demographic and other employee data as you choose. This may include employee’s name, supervisor, location, sex, grade, identification number, and others.  Most of these data, including User IDs and passwords can be bulk imported to the database.

Each survey consists of as many questions as you choose broken into as many categories as you choose. Questions are rated on a scale of 1 through 10 or another scale of your choosing, and include a "Not Applicable" choice.

Written comments may be entered for each question in addition to general comments for the entire survey.

SELECTING THE RATERS
Employees select their raters through the on-line system from the database of all of your employees, or some selected subset.  They may also select external customers as raters, and input customer information such as the customer’s name, telephone number, address, and e-mail address.

Supervisors approve or reject the selected raters through the automated system.

COMPLETING THE SURVEY
Each person selected as a rater completes the survey anonymously through an internet browser.

The system supports a number of concurrent users limited only by the size and speed of the host servers.

Analysis and Advisement
Using our commercial knowledge based application development software, the XperRule Knowledge Builder®, the expertise of your Human Resources team forms the basis of an on-line performance advisor.  Using this tool, employees and management can build a program of training and experience to help each employee improve both individually and for the benefit of the organization.

In addition, 360 Surveys PLUS includes the data mining technology of the Miner™, to analyze completed survey data for the entire organization.  Through this analysis, you can discover patterns of background, performance, or others that have contributed to success or failure in the areas surveyed.
